Question : Combo restricted by Combo values

Combo within a combo!
This is a fairly standard question , I suspect.

See attached.
See form "MASTER".

See the "Data Source" field and the "Source "  field on the left of the screen.
(Excuse the bad field names!).

Note also the table "Two_dropdowns" which is relevant to the question.
When the user chooses a "Data Source" it should restrict the values "Source " field based on the "Two_dropdowns" table.

However, if you try is out - the second combo (source) is not working.
I have tried various thing but nothing is fixing this.
