Question : Blocking messages from a specific sender or domain in Exchange 2010

Hello experts,

We have exchange 2010. While our domain name is not famous, we are not facing any spam issue, except somebody is sending tens of messages to our exchange mailboxes daily through google groups.

Would you please guide on blocking messages from a specific sender or domain name?
