Question : Arrow keys in MS Excel 2003 SP3

When I use the arrow keys the whole page moves and functions like the scroll bars on the left and bottom.

I would like the arrow keys to move up or over to the next cell.

Sometimes the arrow keys move cell to cell and then other times they work like the scroll bars?

How can I control this behavior?

YOUR SCROLL LOCK IS ON.

ON THE KEY BOARD PRESS THE SCROLL LOCK KEY TO REMOVE IT. ON EXCEL YOU CAN SEE THE SCROLL TEXT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE STATUS BAR. IF IT SHOWS IT THEN IT IS ON.
