Question : Internet Browser disabled - message is "Hyper Bar 1"

Hi All

I have a computer running Windows Vista Home Premium

The internet connection works, have tested with another PC

Browsers (IE, FF, Safari) all show the same message "Hyper Bar 1"

I am unable to get any website to show.  Tried creating a new user profile - same problem

Google search for Hyper Bar 1 shows a lot of info that does not seem to relate to my problem.

Ideas?

Answer : Internet Browser disabled - message is "Hyper Bar 1"

How embarrassing... old mate across the road did not pay his phone bill so the ADSL appears to be disconnected!
