Question : How do I change the default Domain extension for SBS 2008 in Exchange for all users?

I have recently setup a new SBS 2008 R2 server with Exchange mail included.

My AD domain is setup in AD as  "Businessname.local".

How can change the setting in Exchange so that when I creat new users there mailbox address will be "Businessname.com" ?     Right now I can manually go into each users mailbox and add a new mailbox domain name but I want it to occur globally and for new users as they are added so they can send mail to the outside world..

Are the users selecting the first parameter or is it hardcoded so to speak?

CR XI does have dynamic parameters and the ability to choose 1 value and have "cascade" to change the values shown ffor the second parameter.

The cascading only works if the first parameter is selected from a list.
