Question : ephone is registed but does not work

I have a call manager express 7.01  and I have a ephone that will register but it is not able to work.  

Here is what I have

The problem seems to be with "ephone-17[0] Mac:001A.6D3F.CE35" in the ephone registered and in the debug it says this

Have you tried assigning the same phone to a different DN? Perhaps one that is not an octo-line? Just to see if it works...
