Question : Freeware Firewall software

I am looking for a light Freeware open-source firewall software that I can install and give me the ability to set rules and polices.

I would like it for example to set a rule to block all incoming/outgoing traffic on all ports and only allow Firefox to communicate on port 80.

this is easily doable with premium firewall softwares however I have tried ZoneAlarm free but if I want to set rules it ask me to upgrade.

is there anything light and freeware for XP, Win7?

Ports Lock - English

A personal firewall for Windows NT/2000/XP that fully supports user-level security. Once Ports-Lock is installed, administrators can control which users can access what TCP/IP based protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, Telnet, etc.) on a local computer, depending on the time of day and day of the week. PortsLock lets you set allowed/denied TCP/UDP ports and IP-addresses for incoming and outgoing connections.
