Question : automatically set user rights in folder
We've got a Terminal Server Windows 2008 without AD.
On this server are two main folders, one for the CEO and one for an employee.
The employee has full rights on his folder but no rights in the CEO Folder.
If the CEO drags an Subfolder of his CEO Folder to the employees folder there will also dragded the NTFS Rights. In that way there is further no access for the employee for this new subfolder.
How can we configure that a draged folder becomes the rights of his new main folder automatically?
Answer : automatically set user rights in folder
Hi,
You can share 2 folders
When CEO will be drag from one folder to other over shared folder ntfs Rights will be set from parrent folder.
