Question : What Windows 7 Utility Suite Is Best

I just installed Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and I wanted to know what system utilities are good to keep your computer in the best condition.  Currently for an Antivirus I am using MS Security Essentials after using Trend Micro.   I was looking for the least system drag and  best detection/removal and I understand that Vipre is very good.

What system suites such as System Mechanic do you recommend for Windows 7 64 bit ?

This is probably a dredded corrupt Outlook profile. Have you tried re-creating your Outlook profile from the mail applet in the control panel?
