Question : You Tube Download Software

I am trying to find some free software to download to my PC in .avi format the following Video from You Tube to embed in a .PPT

I have tried a few applications like - save2pc Light and You Tube Downloaded both say 404 file not found - http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/ and Firefox Plugins Like 1-Click and Fast You Tube Downloaded.
Please help me ASAP

http://www.keepvid.com will let you download it as an mp4, which you can then convert to avi, or whatever format you'd like.
