Question : how to install Ubuntu netbook, without a CD and USB drive?

Hi Experts!

I´ve a netbook with Windows XP. I want to change to Ubuntu, but I haven't a CD and USB drive of 2Gb.

I downloaded the Ubuntu neetbook. I run the .exe file but. Shows me like is installing but doesn't.
