Question : Convert chinese caracters

Hi,

  In the past two days I googled about a problem without a solution.

  I have a Delphi source code that was written in chinese.
  With the .DFM files I have no problem since the Caption is in ' #36873#25321#21592#24037' format and I can use this in google translator and get the english text.

  The problem is in the Showmessage that I have '¸ÃÔ¹¤×Ê»¹Ã»Óд´½¨£¡' format.

  I already searched for surrogate pair, UTF-8, UTF-16, Unicode and some things else to convert the showmessage´s to the format that I have in .DFM, but no success.

  Do anybody knows how to convert these caracters?

  I need to translate a part of the source.

What about installing in Windows OS the additional language pack from Control Panel and then opening the file using that langage?
