Question : Where do I control calendar Sync Settings on BPS?

Hi,

I've got a user setup on a Blackberry Professional Server with a Verizon 8830. He let his phone's battery die recently and since then he doesn't have any calendar entries before July 1st on his phone. Email and contacts synchronize fine, but the calendar doesn't appear to be syncing properly.  I sent a new activation password but the problem persisted.

Email Server is Exchange 2003. Client is Outlook 2007.
