Question : WINS problem

I am using WINS at my network.
When I go to Network Places, then click to Windows Network and Domain name, I get error. It sometimes works, but mostly not.
It tries to find SERVER :20 at BROWSER, but this record does not exist at WINS.
How can I solve problems with WINS?

That sounds fine. You don't need WINS really, it'll help, but not much, certainly not as much as you'd think it would.

You should be able to modify the firewall rules with Group Policy (Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Settings / Network), although I haven't seen a rule there stop the browser from starting before.
