Question : Dell Latitude D630 Memory
I want to upgrade the memory on my boss's latitude D630. Has Intel Core 2 Duo t7500, 2.20 GHz, 800MHz 4M L2 Cache. What's in there now are 2 1.0gb DDR2-667 DIMMS. He reinstalled it as Win7 64 bit so I was going to get a 4gb DIMM and replace one of the 1gb DIMMS, giving him a total of 5gb for now (I'm sure he'll want the other 4gb DIMM in the future :) ). However there are 667MHz and 800MHz DIMMS avail. From what I read I can mix them and both will run at the slower speed, but what is the laptop cabale of? Is the 800MHz in the processor description the indicator?
Answer : Dell Latitude D630 Memory
ok, I think you have a pure C++ project which doesn't use MFC - since CString is a MFC class these errors occur.
