Question : Testing AD Replication

Hi All,

I am planning to introduce a 2008 domain controller into a 2003 environment.  What are some good tests to verify replication.

I was thinking:
1.  Setup a test account and check it that way
2.  run dcdiag
3.  Going through the logs.


Would that suffice?

Those three are good.

Also use repadmin to test replication from the new DC

repadmin /showreps

to see  inbound status for all DCs in the forest

repadmin /showrepl * /csv >  c:\forest.csv
