Question : ESX 4.0, command tutorial and troubleshooting guides

Hello,
Does anyone have good links to specifics on troubleshooting ESX 4 and ESXi 4 issues and a list/guide/tutorial for ESX 4 service console specific commands?

Basically looking for best practice guides on how to troubleshoot common ESX issues.

Some have changed between 2.x/3.x and 4.  Check out this doc, it should have some good info if you haven't already seen it:
