Question : Cannot connect to the virtual machine in Server 2008 after Hyper v set up

Just installed Hyper V role on my server 2008. Everything went well. Added a virtual machine. It starts no problem. Every time I try to connect with to it to set up an operating system, It shows me the Black server box for about 10 seconds then get error message "Cannot connect to the virtual machine. Try to connect again".. Tried shutting off firewall/ antivirus, still same thing. No error messages in event logs. Please help.. Thanks!
