Question : Active Directory error message for windows server 2003

I have a DELL poweredge 1600sc server, running windows server 2003 OS, and I am running active directory on it.  I created a new user, using the copy function.  I copied from a classroom user logon of "103a" to "conf_room".  The account was created but I got an odd message.  Is it a problem to use an underscore in an active directory user logon?  Please help.

Sounds like the result of copying a user object that has roaming profile features in it.  Just need to make sure the new user account has rights to it if you want them to access it.
