Question : MS Office 2010 licensing question
A question for any of you that deal with licensing:
I have some MS 2007 Office SBE e-open licenses. I'd like to continue to install this app, but begin buying 2010 Office licenses. What would be ideal is if MS had 2010 Office SBE with rights to use the 2007 product. I'm told by suppliers that MS doesn't have this and we can't do it. They want to sell 2010 Standard and say there is no ability to back install 2007.
Does that sound right? What would you do as far as buying new licensing but wanting to use old software? Just buy the 2007?
