Question : Win 7 Pro Virtual Pc XP Mode visible in the network but not accessible

How can I make Windows 7 Pro Virtual PC XP Mode discoverable and accessible to my other computers (using Win XP Home) in the network? Can you please layout the steps or post a link on how I can do this? Thanks in advance.
