Question : Acer Aspire A0A110 (ZG5)

Hello, i have 2 netbooks in shop they are acer aspire A0A110 netbooks with the 8gb ssd from intel. The computers were brought in for identical issues were they were BSOD right before bootup. Both systems try to do diskcheck and then boot windows with the BSOD We tried to reinstall xp home 32 bit on the one netbook and now <windows root>\system32\hall.dll.is missing or corrupt. please re-install a copy of the above file. i was not able to get what error message the BSOD was.

We reinstalled xp home from flash drive.
