Question : Outlook follow up folder in favourites
After some recent change to the PC, Outlook is no longer showing the "Follow up" item under "Favourite Folders".
Is this (Follow up) a special folder that is controlled by the Exchange server, or can I re-emerge it?
My current workaround of searching for "Follow up flag", is not empty and saving the search folder to Favourites is not nearly as elegant, it doesn't show up as italic red, nor indicate the number of items.
Answer : Outlook follow up folder in favourites
Hi cyberkiwi,
You'll have to recreate it:
File --> New --> Search Folder
Then select "Mail Flagged for Follow-up" (and click OK)
