Question : how i connect to my camera remotly

HI
I a camera system. from my home i can go to a web browser and type: 192.168.0.150 and then i login and i see all my cameras

i want to logon to this system from anywhere outside of my home. i tried to open port 3389 and forward it to my computer ip and from my computer i go to this url. but the cameras are very slow.
i know there is a way to access this directly.please if any one can help me with this

by the way i have two systems, one system is a couple of camera are conected to DVR and the other system is an ip cameras.

Yes, if you have forwarded port 80, to port 80 on  192.168.0.150, the same way as you forwarded port 3389 to your computer, it should work. If you forwarded another port than 80, let's say 81, you can reach the cameras by putting your public ip in the browser, + :81.
