I have peoples vacation and absences in an excel spreadsheet - I would like to import to a calendar view THAT CAN CONNECT TO OUTLOOK

When I trey to edit in a data sheet view I get 'the selected cells are read only'

What gives?

Do you have write permissions on that particular calendar?  We have a number of calendars which are strictly controled as to who can update them,  could be the same situation in your location.
