Question : Exchange 2007 pop3

I need to setup my exchange 2007 mail server to do pop3.  I started the service and added the user to pop3 (Set-CASMailbox -Identity mailboxname -PopEnabled $true).

Now in outlook 2007 I am trying to configure it but it keeps prompting me for a username and password.  I know they are correct so I am wondering if it is a authentication issue.   Any ideas?

Set-PopSettings -LoginType PlainTextLogin

Restart your POP3 service
