Question : Restrict access to unsanctioned access points

Hi.  I work in a eductional environment and would like to restrict student access to non-district access points SSID.  We have tried to limit student access to the control panel on windows XP and 7 cleints.  This has proven ineffective as solution.  Also, most of these clients are not domain members so security GPO setting will not help.  I was hoping to come accoss some software or configuration options that would enable us to limit or control access.  Any suggestions is appreciated.

you will have to move them to Exchange 2010 before using discovery and search on those mailboxes
