Question : Allowing non-administrators to update Global Address List in Exchange 2007

I am interested in having a non-administrator user update contact information listed in active directory/global address list. I do not want this user to log on to the server, nor do I want to give the user admin rights. I have found one third-party solution but the demo doesn't even work on their site. Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Answer : Allowing non-administrators to update Global Address List in Exchange 2007

You can delegate control from the OU that the users are in (right click the OU and select delegate control).  You can then have users edit any accounts they have delegate rights to.  If they are on XP they can use the search Active directory function in networks.
