Question : problem with internet connection on server2003

I am having a problem with the internet connection on my companies Small Business Server   Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Small Business Server  
 Version  Version 5.2 (Build 3790 : Service Pack 2) (x86)

I am connected to the internet but on some websites It gives me a message saying "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"  
on other websites or pages I can connect fine.
I cannot download client backup software for the server or anything else for that matter.

I checked for maleware and its clean, I even installed firefox via USB to see if i could download and get to the pages that I cant and no. I still have a problem with firefox so it can't be the browser.

someone said It may be the IIS settings, but I am not sure.
I am at my ropes end with this particular poblem any help would be much appreciated.
