Question : Need to set fixed port for WMI on Windows Server 2003

I need to set a fixed port for WMI on Windows Server 2003.  I was able to accomplish this on 2008 servers following the instructions here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb219447(VS.85).aspx but could not find the documentation for 2003.
