Question : Denying all Traffic on port 25 on  2821

we are having some issues with getting on spam lists, so what I was wondering, can I block all outgoing traffic on port 25 with the exception of the mail server?  if so, how? We have a cisco 2821 router.

GPMC RSoP will produce an html that will show you what policies are applied and by what GPOs.  It would literally take one of the admins less than a minute to run one for you if you have no rights to even use gpmc.
