Question : Exchange public folder for contacts

Trying to set up a central contacts list for our office.  Have created a default public folder called MKLPContacts.  If i understand this correctly, i should now see this as an option in Outlook (tools>addressbook>tools>options) to add this folder but it is not there.  Any suggestions?

What you can do is go into the Address book location from my previous instructions and delete the current address book. Then add a new one.

If this doesn't work what I would suggest is creating a new Outlook profile as this one appears to be corrupt in some way. You can do this from the Mail Applet in the Control Panel.
