Question : Outlook 2007 not loading

Hi All

Outlook 2007 will not load - Opens OK in safe mode, however I try to disable the add ins in safe mode and it says I need admin rights.
How can I run outlook 2007 in safe mode as administrator?

The link below has some info - looks like the easiest thing would be to update the shortcut, that you plan to right click on and run as admin, with the extension (switch) from the article...  looks like it is just /safe
