Question : Error coping files from external hard drive to local drive

I'm trying to copy about 4 GB of files from an external hard drive to my documents and I get the error below after it is about half done. I have plenty of space and both my local drive and external drive are NTFS

Any ideas why?

Are you sure that your documents folder is located on NTFS partition?
If yes then check if quotas are set to copy files there.
