Question : Client printing via remote desktop and ts easy print to windows server 2008 document loses left margin

I have a client who connects via rdp to a windows terminal server running windows server 2008.  TS Easy Print is enabled.  I have installed .net framework 3.5 sp1 on the client pc and have installed TS RDP 6.1.  When the client connects their printer is available and they can print.  Problem is that they have some documents where the lose the left margin.  Part of the text is cut of.  

Has anyone experienced this problem?

sigh...i hate mfp's.  i've gotten to where i just almost won't support those in any solution that involves TS sessions.  they end up spending more money on support than just purchasing another, smaller laser printer for TS printing.  knowing it's an mfp, i think you have a driver issue.  perhaps another expert here has a more positive experience with TS and MFP deployment.
