Question : How to use an Echo Indigo IOx sound card in Ubuntu 10.04 Linux?
I want to use my Echo Indigo IOx sound card in Ubuntu 10.04, for which no official driver is available. I have the Expresscard version and a Dell e6400 laptop.
I found an old tread (

) but it seems to be outdated.
Answer : How to use an Echo Indigo IOx sound card in Ubuntu 10.04 Linux?
Can you paste any dmesg and/or /var/log/messages output after an attempted modprobe of snd_indigoio? Also, what's in your /etc/modprobe.conf file? Let's see if we can troubleshoot this.
