Question : MTX has HUGE delays when sending commands to Storagetek L700E
I am trying to use MTX to move tapes from one slot in a library to another, but am running into serious problems.
When I run the command "mtx -f /dev/sgo transfer 1 2" there is a 4-5 minute delay between invoking the command and the robot actually doing anything with the tape, there are no errors logged in dmesg, and this hardware configuration works in windows.
I have had similar problems with Symantec BackupExec before on Windows, but ArcServe R12 works just fine.
Anyone have any ideas here?

Maybe SUMIF isn't the best formula for your goal? with 90,000 in there it is worth investigating alternatives, such as DBSUM.
FastExcel will help you find the calc bottlenecks in your file. Well worth the investment if your file is too slow.
