Question : New user able to send but not able to receive email
Please help. I just setup a new user in AD and Exchange 2007. Everything is normal like other users I setup before, user is able to send out emails. But we people reply to his e-mail address they will get the following error message.
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
[email protected]

*** I remember we had a user used this e-mail address before, but the account already removed.
I tried to removed and recreated sam's account same problem. Please help.

When you go to the users Exchange Properties, what are the email addresses listed?
What is the address that is listed when they send an email, the address the receiver gets.
Can the user send an email to himself?
