Question : How can I load France location in Google map?

I am using the below URL and loaded the google map and located the address.  I want to load the france country as by default instead of the world map. How can I load the france by default from there i will continue to locate the address.

set the lat,long to 46.227638, 2.213749 , you may then have to play with the zoom level to include the full country
