Question : Tracking cookies while NOT surfing - yieldmanager.com, atdmt.com, serving-sys.com

Hello,
I have Norton Antivirus.
I get Tracking Cookies from the following domains:
yieldmanager.com
atdmt.com
serving-sys.com
The strange thing is that it happens even when I'm not using any Browser or Application that access should use cookies.
According to the domain names I gave, Can You explain who is responsible for this?

You should be able to set Norton tracking cookie scan to either "Ask Me", "Remove" or "Ignore". Are you using Norton 360? If so, here is the proceedure:

Either Remove or Ignore will get rid of the Norton prompt.
