Question : HP E200 Array controller in a Dell Precision 670

I'm trying to use a HP E200 Array Controller in a Dell Precision. The reason I'm not using Dell's onboard controller is due to VMWare ESXi not detecting the mirror as one logical drive.. So... I installed a HP E200 controller. The only problem is I don't see how to get into the controller BIOS. It doesn't prompt me to press 'F8'. I tried pressing F8 and that didn't help... Any suggestions? Am I stuck loading windows and then configuring the controller via the windows array (ACU) manager?
