Question : Test mode in desktop of Windows 7-Pro Genuine 64-bit. What is it?

First hope dutch gets the cup.

In desktop of Windows 7-Pro Genuine 64-bit it is written as Test mode . What is it? Why is it there? How to fix it? Note that it's not a part of my wallpaper:)
