Question : How to Remove Calendar from Favorites Folder Office Outlook 2003

I inadvertenly created a Calendar in my Favorites Folder in Outlook 2003.  I am trying to remove it but when I get the right click context menu their is no way to do so.  I can "Remove" but that doesn't remove it from the Favorites Folder.

Try this...

Close Outlook (File - Exit).  Make sure it's not running under your processes of Task Manager.

Then Start-> Run;
Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane

It should re-open Outlook and make it available to Delete Calendar again.
