Question : Active Directory Offline Defragmentation

Hi,

If you were to do an offline defragmentation of the Active Directory database NTDS.Dit in a Windows 2008 environment would you have to defrag the NTDS.dit file on all Domain Controllers in the Forest or can you just do this on one DC and let replication do the rest?

I'm not actually doing offline defrags of the NTDS database, I'm just doing my 70-648 exam and the book / videos doesn't make it clear.
