Question : phpMyAdmin problem

Hello,
Please help me with the following problem:
I have installed XAMPP on Win XP Proffesional. In XAMPP's control panel everything is OK. (Apache, MySql and Filezilla are started).
When i open in Internet explorer the url: http://localhost, it loads the XAMPP's page wich displays "You have successfully installed XAMPP on this system!".
The problem is when i enter the following url: http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ bechause it gives me the following error: #2003 - The server is not responding. But when i replace the localhost with my IP it works fine.
Do you know whai is the reason of this?

Answer : phpMyAdmin problem

I don't know for what reason today it works. Maybe shutting down the computer did the trick!.
