Question : ESXI Does not recognize SCSI Controller on DRS 301 Server
When I try to load ESXi onto a DRS 301 Server instead of showing one virtual drive it shows 2 drives and I have to choose which one to install it on. Sometimes it works and Sometimes I have to choose Drive 1 instead of Drive 0 and then that works. I was wondering is there a way ESXi can load the SCSI drivers for the RAID so it sees one Virtual Drive.
How can you install ESXi if it does not recognize the hardware raid and I have to select a drive to install the OS. It will work to install the OS but sometimes it does not and I can't figure it out. I will choose drive 0 and it works and then I will do it again and try drive 0 and it does not work and I have to install it on drive one
