Question : Website development

Hi all,

I would like to develop a website to sell and support a stand-alone software product.  Here are the basics of what I'd like the website to do (other than the download links and basic text promoting the product):

- Securely store and manage customer data
- Support for product registration (e.g. sending and receiving HTTP requests)
- Community and support forums
- A searchable file-sharing area

I don't have much experience with web development, so ease of use is the main thing I'm looking for, followed by price.  Can anyone recommend or advise against the website development products that are out there, based on what I want to do?
