Question : How do I manually sort a gridview with template fields when it is bound in code beside? (VB.Net)

Hi experts..
I have a gridview that is bound in code beside..

I want to manually sort the gridview in code-behind depending on which header the user clicks.
I have the header in the template field, and this correctly calls the sorting() method, but fro that point on I'm stuck.
Any examples I can see in the net assume the gridview is bound codebehind.

Any ideas??
