Question : How Do I Defrag Swap File on Windows 7

I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

Installed More ram 2 Gigs.  I am attempting to Merge Swap File Segments
into One File.  I attempted to use Pagedefrag but it does not work.

I tried to create a User Defined Size but now I have 3.

How Do I get Windows 7 to use one Contiguous file.

When I use Defraggler it shows me 3 segments

Number one, trying to go from 3 to 1 pagefile pieces will net you zero performance gains. It is not worth any risk involved.

However, you can do it manually: 

1. Set to 'No paging file' and reboot 
2. Defrag the hard drive 
3. Set the page file back to system managed or custom size and reboot 

The only pagefile change proven to give performance boost is to move it entirely to a partition on another drive, not another partition on the same drive as \Windows.
