Question : Cannot see all methods in a web service...

I am trying to call a getdelivery() method in a web service.  I have added it as a web reference and I can see some of the methods but not the getdelivery one.

When I browse out to the wsdl in visual studio, see print screen, i can see the method.

But inside of my object browser i cannot.

Do you know why this might be?
